Abstract

The land administration system and its key register, cadastre, play an important role in society when they function and meet the goals set by the society. For land administration system to be effective it is important to have well-defined static and dynamic components of the system. Static and part of dynamic components of the land administration system are defined by the ISO 19152 LADM standard, but for the purposes of efficiency and functionality of the system, process optimization is also important. Aim of this paper is to explore the processes of cadastral data dissemination regarding standardized and non-standardized uses of cadastral data. Formalization of processes is one way to explore which of the existing classes of LADM can be used in process modelling and which ones require to be modelled in the future editions. By formalizing the processes of cadastral data dissemination, the first step in modelling the process is achieved, which is the identification of participants and their roles in the processes of cadastral data dissemination. By identifying process participants and their requirements, the user profiles can be developed in accordance to the LADM standard, all for the purposes of future process modelling, which is planned as an extension to the current edition of LADM.
